I can find answers to my questions through the knowledge base that PestScan provides through the 'Help' menu of the program. Also, I can ask my questions using the support e-mail address that I will receive. In emergencies, I can call PestScan.
If I have a trial period, I can cancel during the trial period without any costs or obligations. I can cancel my subscription at any moment, but fees paid by me will not be refunded.
I can ask for a downgrade at any moment, but the lower fee will only be applicable for the next installments.
I can ask for an upgrade at any moment. The additional fee will be applicable immediately.
I can submit change requests any time and they will be accepted by PestScan with gratitude. PestScan uses change requests to understand the direction that the market wants to take, but will not be bound to implement any requested changes.
Bugs can be reported and will be solved by PestScan as soon as possible, free of charge (of course).
PestScan stores my data and will keep it safe according to the best standards in compliance with the GDPR and Privacy Shield regulations. When I cancel, the data will be deleted or anonimized.
